West coast based LBM chain is looking for an experienced sales manager to oversee and direct the efforts of its outside sales force calling on both tract and custom homebuilders. Successful candidate will one that has the ability to identify individual shortfalls in the sales group and design training programs to fit individual needs. Not one size fits all.
